Customer Service and Order Entry Representative

  • Norwest, Silverwater, Liverpool Locations
  • Immediate Start – $35 – $40 + Super per hour (Depending on experience)
  • Multiple temporary assignments available

We are recruiting multiple customer service and administration positions across Norwest, Silverwater and Liverpool locations. These large organisations are seeking experienced, professional and vibrant candidates who are passionate about Customer Service and Administration to join their team immediately.

Your duties will include:

  • Customer Service
  • Administration
  • Attending to regular phone queries from corporate clients
  • Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and external customer’s
  • Updating customers on status of delivery / repairs
  • Follow up spare part orders

The successful candidate:

  • Has proven experience in customer services
  • Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
  • Experience with SAP is desired, not essential
  • Is confident, friendly and switched on
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
