Online Ordering Customer Service

• Immediate Start – $29.24 + S per hour

• 2+ Month Temp Assignment

A leading global organisation located in Bella Vista is seeking an experienced, professional and vibrant candidate who is passionate about Customer Service. There are several positions available and these roles are to start as soon as possible within their online ordering team.

Your duties will include:

·       Pick and pack online orders

·       Restock inventory

·       Unpack supplier orders and rotate stock accordingly

·       Unpack returns from customers and retail stores

·       Disassemble rental devices and put through cleaning process

·       Cleaning of rental equipment

·       General ad-hoc tasks that come up as required

The successful candidate:

·         Is extremely organised and efficient time management

·         Is extremely proactive, and will continuously ask for more work when certain tasks are completed

·         Have proven experience in online ordering, customer service and organising couriers

·         High attention to detail

·         MYOB XO experience preferred / strong computer literacy
