Customer Service and Order Entry Representative
- Norwest Location
- Immediate Start – $32.69 + S per hour
- 6 Month Temp Assignment
A leading global organisation located in Norwest is seeking an experienced, professional and vibrant candidate who is passionate about Customer Service and Order Entry to join their team immediately.
Your duties will include:
- Order fulfilment, tracking and regular follow through to ensure service requirements are met
- Attending to regular phone queries from corporate clients
- Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and external customer’s
- Work collaboratively with third party logistics provider
- Monthly reporting requirements
- Assess and investigate credit and return requests
The successful candidate:
- Has proven experience in customer service or internal sales
- Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
- Experience in processing orders through SAP
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills
- Is confident, friendly and switched on
- Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
