Order Entry Administrator
- Immediate Start – 5 positions available
- Liverpool District
- Long term temp assignment – $29.24 + Super per hour
We are currently seeking outgoing, vibrant and enthusiastic Order Entry Administrators to join a large organisation within the Liverpool District. You will be part of a team who operate collectively to achieve outstanding results and are recognised for their high service standards.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this position requires someone who is exceptional at providing quality order entry, EDI experience and high-volume customer service.
The Role
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders claims
- Management of the order process
- Answering a high volume of inbound calls
- Dealing with other departments and managing the workload on their behalf
- High volume of data entry
- Inbox management for the team
About You
- You will have strong experience within customer service and administration
- High attention to detail
- EDI experience
- Have the ability to manage orders and good follow up ability
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Be proactive and hard working
- Have strong relationship building skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
